We want you to love every piece you order from Bound in Faith but we totally understand that sometimes things just don’t work out!

🕒 Return Window

We gladly accept returns for store credit within 15 days of delivery.

📦 Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.

• Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair will not be eligible for return.
  

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

🚫 Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Jewelry

• Clearance items or anything marked “final sale”

• Doorbusters and special promotion items
  

💳 What Happens Next?

To start your return process, just email us boundinfaithgifts@gmail.com and follow the steps from there. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your store credit via email within 3-5 business days.
